Protect the Community

A veteran of protecting citizens in both the Ferguson and City of St. Louis protests we must prepare for future riots.  The Michael Brown verdict led to 1 night in the city of St. Louis numerous arsons, burglaries, 4 police officers shot and David Dorn murdered.  I have a plan to prepare for future protests so that our police may properly protect us and at the same time equip and train our officers to use reasonable force to prevent harm.  Here is my 3 step plan.

1. TRAINING CADETS

Create 2 blocks of training for every cadet in a Missouri state certified police academy, in riot and protest procedures.

Train cadets in the techniques of forming a WEDGE, KETTLING, TRAFFIC DIVERSION, ARREST and BOOKING PROCEDURES for mass protest and riots.

Allocate use of force riot equipment that is practical and interchangeable among all departments.

2.  POLICE OFFICER           PREPAREDNESS

Mandate continuous training hours in the technique of riot control.

Train officers to no longer form static lines, but utilize moving wedges to prevent officers from being targets of bullets, bottles and bricks.

Divide the state in 5 regions with 5 separate Incident Commanders chosen in advance by the Governor.

3.  LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Enforce Peace Disturbance charges against those blowing whistles during enforcement procedures.

Enforce Impeding the Movement of Traffic charges by those using vehicles to block traffic.

Enforce Unlawful Obstruction charges to pedestrians blocking the street.

Indemnify all police officers by the Mo. Attorney General Office activated for riot situations.  Take legal action against organizations that sponsor riots that lead to injuries to police officers.

A declared riot by the Governor would place all riot/protest related arrests under the jurisdiction of Cole County and prosecuted by the Mo. Attorney General.

Never again should police departments stand down in future riots and we band of brother police officers work in unison against future civil disobedience.  The officers shall be provided the best training, equipment and tactics to protect police officers against the forces of ANTIFA.

School Safety

Have An Armed Individual at Every School.  Missouri needs a police officer, armed security guard or a trained and armed teacher at every school.  The mass shooting in 2022 at Central Visual and Performing Arts High School showed the weakness of unarmed security guards. We need to protect our school children so that parents may rest assured their children are safe at school.

Embed ICE in Every Major Police Department. 

Have police departments across the state work in unison with ICE to make our state safe.  Twice I pulled over cars operated by subjects on the Terrorist Watch List.  Yet I had no direction on how to proceed with a terrorist or an illegal alien when taken into custody. 

In 2024, A St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer was killed in a one car crash by an illegal alien, who had cocaine, meth and alcohol in his system. That same perpetrator had a prior arrest yet was not deported.  The officer leaves behind a wife and 2 children.  Never again should another policeman or citizen be killed by an ILLEGAL ALIEN.
